The hotel has a great location near many attractions. The staff was friendly . My room included windows facing the courtyard, quite peaceful.
The breakfast choices were quite limited . The sausages were hard, according to complaints from other guests. the bread seemed stale each day.

maci was lovely, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. the hotel itself felt elegant and comfortable, with sweet touches. the location was superb for exploring. It felt calm and private.
the spa pool was a bit small, requiring several turns to do laps.

the beautiful double room opera view featured very clean and well-kept spaces. it included comfortable bedding and effective soundproofing, so outside noise was minimal. the decoration added to our enjoyment and the room felt luxurious!!!

the hotel provided a small gym, it included an updated treadmill and a swimming pool. i found that the location was walkable to many restaurants and shopping areas. everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew was lovely.
i found the mattress hard and uncomfortable, this made sleep difficult. i asked about changing rooms but was informed all mattresses were the same. they added a pad under the sheet, it helped only a bit.
